To start this quest you must talk to Jasmine The Mage.

Hello, Young Mage, Would you like to obtain a storage container for your reagents to be stored for you? If So I need you to obtain some items for me. They can all be found on corpses of monsters in the New Player Dungeon.
You will need to obtain the items below to receive your reward.

Once you have obtained these items return to Jasmine and give her the items.
Tip: To give the items to these quests you can click on yourself, and select the tooltip "Toggle Quest Items" and then target the items. They will turn orange when toggled.
You will be rewarded with 
Spell Caster's Keys.
Note: This quest is repeatable.
