To start this quest you will need to seek out Skippy The Disgraced Animal Handler at The Stables, in Minoc, Felucca.

Talk to them and they will give you a 
quest list that will require you to tame a random amount of 4 different creatures.
Return to Skippy once you have tamed all the creatures and you will be rewarded with a bag with some gold and a Bestiary Card inside. There is a rare chance that can also have a Bestiary Book also inside the bag.
